Payments & Receipts
- Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of treatment. All payments are non-refundable. We accept cash, check, Venmo and major credit cards. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee plus any bank service charge which will require immediate payment.
- Herbal refills must be paid in full before picking up. Herbal medicine prescriptions are non-refundable.
- Itemized receipts are provided for flex-spending account reimbursement.
Prepare for your visit
- Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
- Please try to avoid coffee or alcohol right before your appointment. You may eat a light meal or a snack a few hours before your appointment. There are plenty restaurants near by.
- Please be prepared to relax during your treatment. We recommend cell phones and other electronic devices remain turned off during your treatment.
Getting Here
- We are located at 1018 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA. The building is right on the corner of Commonwealth Ave. and Babcock Street.The entrance is on Commonwealth Ave. right next to T Anthony's Pizzeria.
- By public transportation: Train and Bus access right to the front door. You can take the Green B line or 57 bus to "Babcock Street" stop.
- Parking: There is on-street metered parking.
Reschedule and late policy
- Rescheduling: 48-hour business notice required to reschedule an appointment. You may send an email or text message, and it will date and time stamp your message. If your appointment is not rescheduled at least 48 business hours in advance you will be charged in full for your missed session.
- You will be required to make a full reservation payment before making the appointment.
- Late Policy: Please do your best to arrive on time for your appointment. There will be a late fee if you are late. If you arrive 15 minutes or later for your appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment.
